excellent location near the train station

The location was excellent. It was directly across from the train station. parking was convenient and cost 10 francs. the hotel was newly renovated and felt modern, i really appreciated that.
The pillows provided were not comfortable. The filling shifted to the sides. this made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep, and my neck was sore.

the rooms feature a cute balcony, a nice spot to relax. the double room was clean, a detail i always look for. the bathroom had all the basics for a comfortable stay.

the breakfast had scrambled and boiled eggs. it included good coffee, bread, cheese, and cereal. i found the overnight oats tasty.
customer service was not good. the staff seemed unwelcoming and disinterested, particularly during check-in around midday. communication about room upgrades was unclear, so the promised upgrade didn't happen.

The location is great. The train to Zermatt is just across the road. I also found the reception staff very friendly. They helped me a lot. I enjoyed really tasty pizzas in the hotel restaurant. Free drinks were so good!
The pillows were very soft. They flattened easily and provided little support.

The rooms were modern. i found the location to be very convenient because of the train station proximity. It was directly across the street! the rooftop terrace on the first floor allowed me to eat outdoors. I took takeaway from a block away.
the pillows provided were not great. the filling moved to the sides when i laid down, and i ended up with little support.
